For me, the magic happens when you remember that everything you seek is already within you.

The goal is simple: to help you fall in love with your own inner wisdom and trust it completely.

I've been walking this path for over 30 years, since my grandmother taught me to meditate at age 4. What started as personal survival became my life's work, helping thousands remember their power to heal from within.

I've guided everyone from Fortune 500 executives to grassroots communities through profound transformation. My approach blends ancient wisdom with modern psychology, creating a safe container where real healing happens.

As the founder of Integrative Breathwork and author of It's All Within You, I've trained nearly 200 facilitators worldwide. But here's what matters most: I've walked through my own darkness and found the light—and I'm here to remind you that you can too.

 

My Story

It's a little different.

 

I come from a family history of immense trauma and addiction. By age 13, I'd moved eleven times and attended seven different schools. Those early years were filled with abuse, suffocation, and a darkness that made me question if I'd survive. But my grandmother taught me to meditate at age 4, and that practice became my lifeline.

What I discovered through my own healing journey is that our deepest wounds can become our greatest gifts. I've healed chronic health issues, transformed family relationships that seemed broken beyond repair, and turned generational cycles of pain into cycles of love and healing.

I knew from an early age that I was here to transform everything I went through into compassion, love, joy, and art. And now I help others remember they have that same power within them.

Most treasured item in your home?

My 20-year-old meditation cushion that's traveled with me through every major life transition.

What do I do in my spare time?

Spend time in nature with my husband, and dog, Remy and get lost in spiritual books.

A warm cup of matcha during my morning journaling ritual.
