BREATHWORK TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION EVENT AGREEMENT
Please read the following terms of agreement carefully before attending the breathwork event. By participating in this event, you agree to be bound by these terms, which are designed to ensure both your safety and the legal protection of all parties involved.
1. Assumption of Risk: Participation in the breathwork event involves various physical, mental, and emotional activities. You acknowledge that breathwork practices may have potential risks and agree to assume all risks associated with your participation. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in suitable physical and mental health to engage in the activities.
2. Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to attend and participate in the breathwork event, you hereby release the event organizer, facilitators, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other loss that may arise from your participation in the event.
3. No Refunds: All payments made for attending the breathwork event are non-refundable. Once you have registered and made the payment, there will be no refunds for any reason, including non-attendance or inability to participate.
4. Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared by other participants during the breathwork event. This includes respecting the privacy of others and not discussing or sharing personal details outside of the event without explicit consent.
5. No Slander: You agree not to make any slanderous, defamatory, or false statements about the event organizer, facilitators, employees, volunteers, or any other attendees. Slanderous statements could result in legal action being taken against you.
6. Code of Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner throughout the event. Any disruptive, offensive, or harmful behavior towards others will not be tolerated, and the event organizer reserves the right to ask you to leave the event premises if such behavior occurs.
7. Health Considerations: If you have any pre-existing medical or psychological conditions that may be affected by breathwork practices, you must consult with a qualified healthcare professional before attending the event. The event organizer will not be held responsible for any adverse effects resulting from your failure to disclose such conditions.
8. Photography and Media: During the event, the organizer may take photographs or videos for promotional and educational purposes. By attending the event, you grant permission for the use of your likeness in such materials.
9. Intellectual Property Ownership: Wellness Official, the event organizer, retains all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, associated with the breathwork event. Any materials provided during the event, including manuals, handouts, and other written or digital content, are the exclusive property of Wellness Official and may not be reproduced or distributed without express written consent.
10. Governing Law: These terms and the event shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the city of Los Angeles and the state of California, and any disputes arising from this agreement or the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Los Angeles County and the state of California.
By attending the breathwork event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms of the agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not attend the event. These terms of agreement are subject to change without notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically for updates.
